Hound - Large - Adult - Female - Dog - Orphan Annie
Hi. My name is Annie, but the folks here call me Orphan Annie. A fireman got in touch with a LV volunteer one morning and told her our sad story. There was a fire and my puppies and I were in the house. They heard our cries and the firemen pulled us out one at a time. One of my babies was not breathing and the firemen gave him mouth to nose and saved him!! They named him Fireball. I really love firemen!! Now my puppies are at a home where we are eating really well. I was so hungry I choked on the food the first day--I wanted to gobble it all down--not very ladylike, I know! :) My puppies were taking all my energy, but now we sleep and play all day and our bellies are full, and I don't have to worry about anything. I had mange as you can see, but I am on medicine and so are my puppies ...soon I will be beautiful again and all my babies will be ready for their homes. Please watch for updates on our story..... PS Two of Annie's puppies were lost that night. Little Victories would like to thank the brave fire men and women who do their wonderful jobs!! If you would like to help with the expenses with Annine and her puppies, the volunteers at Little Victories would appreciate it very much.
