Hi. My name is Tip, and some men found me on Rt. 60 and took me to Little Victories. They put me in the back of a truck in some kind of cage that I couldn't see. My eyes don't work, you see. A nice volunteer from Little Victories took me to the vet and she said my eyes don't work even though I am only about a year old. They don't know if someone hurt me or I was born this way, but I just know I am glad to be safe now. I have a foster home and they are waiting on my bloodwork to see if I am ok. I will need a safe place with a fence and lots of love, cause I have lots of love to give back.
